24-Seven is governed by a Church Council made up of a diverse group of church members. The Church Council along with the Pastor(s) helps pray, strategize, and manage the church direction of where God is calling 24-Seven.

Pastor Hanz Jouissance | Senior Pastor
Hanz Jouissance is born in the amazing and beautiful island of Haiti and hailed from Brooklyn NY. He is the youngest of four children. He has two brothers and one sister.
He is a graduate of Oakwood University with a bachelor of religion and theology and a minor in Biblical language. He is also a graduate of Andrews University with a Masters in Divinity and an emphasis on Youth and Young adult ministries/campus chaplaincy
He is the Senior pastor of 24-Seven and Breath of Life SDA which is located in Bellevue and Seattle WA.
He craves a relationship with God as Moses had. His favorite verse is Psalm 91. He believes that God's first and then everything follows.
Sergio Chavez | Lay Pastor
Sergio Chavez was born in Mexico and came to the US as a child and grew up in the inner city of Seattle. Sergio has a passion for God, and how our faith can make a difference in our lives, and the ones around us. Sergio has a background in music, audio engineering, and art. Sergio is a charter member of 24-Seven and helped with the church plant from its origin. Sergio is blessed to be married to an amazing woman Lauryn and they have three beautiful daughters. As Sergio has no formal seminary training he often uses his Ph.D. in Hard Knock Life to speak about the Gospel in relation to everyday life.
